The park is the previous garden of the director’s villa and the land on which a factory used to stand.
On the very spot where the villa once stood, we are building a new community centre.
As if the park had been waiting for this all along, the whole thing falls back into place: lines of sight, relationships, orientation, and the structure of paths all feel right again.
We opt for the archetypal villa. Dignity, white colour will demand attention – which will benefit security – but will also give attentiveness.
