The project is an ensemble of four buildings: a town house, two historic sheds and an adjacent new building.

The ensemble fits in with the existing situation as much as possible, with great respect for the building-historical value of the townhouse facade and the sheds. The characteristic gables are also a reference to the historical situation along the old Demer with its intense industrial activity and warehouses. All buildings give onto a collective green inner garden with intensive green roofs. The courtyard garden is directly accessible via an external staircase from the old Demer side.
